Saudi Arabia has extended the validity of expatriates’ exit and re-entry visas.

SPA reports that the General Directorate of Passports order applies to visas expiring between 25 February and 25 May free of charge.

According to the Saudi Press Agency, the three-month extension due to the coronavirus applies to expatriates in trade and industry.

The Directorate said the extension will be made automatically.

Expatriates do not need to show up at passport processing offices, and they can check their status via their accounts on the Absher platform.
