Ludger Weller is the Vice President of Client Solutions & Delivery at WCC Group. He holds degrees in social & organisational psychology and in digital marketing. In his career, he has held positions at well-known larger enterprises such as Philips and Randstad Holding, but also at start-ups such as Callflex, Hedson, and Byce. For over 25 years, Ludger’s focus has been on management and business development in the area of ICT and the labour market.
