Isabel Baltazar

Isabel Baltazar is Director of the Immigration and Documentation Directorate of the Portuguese immigration and Border Service. She is actively involved in various technical and governmental fora within the EU and the international community, and is a qualified lecturer for document security and fraud detection training events.
