Elizabeth O’Rourke has been involved with the United Nations Laissez-Passer (UNLP) Programme for ten years, and holds the post of Travel Documents Systems Officer. She represents the United Nations as a travel docu­ment issuing authority to the International Civil Aviation Organization and as a member of the Public Key Directory. She is the architect of the United Nations’ custom Travel Document management software and served as project manager for the upgrade to the electronic UNLP.
