Christopher Hornek joined the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe’s (OSCE) Transnational Threats Department/Action against Terrorism Unit in 2003. Under the supervision of the Unit’s leadership, he is a programme manager for Travel Document Security, the TNTD/ATU's largest programme. In this capacity Christopher has nine years of dedicated experience concerning identity management practices, travel document security standards and border inspection techniques. He was responsible for developing the 2009 OSCE Ministerial Council Decision promoting the ICAO Public Key Directory, a vital border control tool.
