Alejandro Martínez

Alejandro Martínez is currently an Associate Professor at the Universitat Politècnica de València, Spain, and a senior researcher of the Nanophotonics Technology Centre. He has also been the PI of several national projects on plasmonics and metamaterials. He has published over 90 papers in international journals and holds six patents. His research interests include several topics within nano­photonics, including silicon photonics, plas­monics, optomechanics and metamaterials, with special emphasis on the application of such technologies for sensing, datacom and optical
